We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges.

International Orders

For international orders, please check shipping rates and customs duties by emailing us the shortlisted products along with your shipping country and zip code at help@ritaura.com. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

When can I expect my in-stock order to arrive?

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 2 working days. All orders ship using our reputed courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, eCom Express, and others). Once your order is shipped you will receive WhatsApp, SMS, or email with tracking details. Orders usually reach our customers within 4–10 working days depending on the destination pin-code.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products are crafted only after your order is placed and take 10–15 business days to reach you. This includes the time needed for weaving, embroidery, finishing, and dispatch. If you need a piece by a specific date, please write to help@ritaura.com before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate.
